The therapies available at our spa are predominantly stimulus-response treatments: they help to regulate and normalise the functions of the human body.
Balneotherapy, electrotherapy, massages and other physiotherapeutic procedures are important elements of the therapeutic treatments. The treatments and their possible combinations are individually compiled by our professionals on the basis of a medical specialist's advice. The aim of the spa treatments can be very diverse, ranging from healing, improving quality of life, rehabilitation to restoring and maintaining working capacity.
They can also help people to recognise the importance of a healthy lifestyle and to learn and practise the elements of health maintenance, i.e. recreation.

The medicinal water of Kumánia is therefore excellent for:

  • treatment of musculoskeletal, degenerative, articular and spinal disorders,
  • treatment of musculoskeletal, chronic, inflammatory diseases,
  • treat congenital or acquired musculoskeletal disorders,
  • (post)treatment of injuries and accidents,
  • and rehabilitation.

It also has a number of beneficial effects, such as:

  • dilates blood vessels
  • antihypertensive
  • antispasmodic
  • mucus remover
  • regulates the autonomic nervous system
  • and its mineral components also help the healing of skeletal, digestive, vascular, respiratory, locomotor, gynaecological, biliary and thyroid diseases.
