Finnish saunas

Several of the Finnish saunas, which have thousands of years of tradition, can be found in Kumánia. In addition to the indoor cabins, there is also an outdoor sauna, which operates only in winter and offers a special experience for outdoor sauna lovers.

What is a Finnish sauna good for?
Sauna strengthens the immune system and trains the blood vessel walls, which is why it can prevent many cardiovascular diseases. By sweating, the body gets rid of toxins and excess fat cells, making it more resistant. The skin becomes younger and more elastic. Not only the body but also the soul is refreshed.

How to take a sauna?
The Finnish sauna is 70-100°C; this temperature is provided by special stoves. Due to the high temperature, it is recommended to stay only 10-15 minutes at a time, depending on your fitness level. For the best health benefits, it is recommended to take a shower immediately after the sauna, followed by a soak, relaxation and mineral water.
