Steam cabin

Besides saunas, steam cabins are another excellent way to boost your immune system. While in Finnish saunas it's the air that becomes more humid when it's infused, and in infrared saunas it's the infrared light that has a beneficial effect, in steam rooms it's the hot steam itself that helps you feel refreshed.

The hot air dilates the pores, allowing toxins to escape from the deeper layers of the skin more quickly. For a more complete experience, make use of the cold water spout in the cabin: cool your limbs with cold water! This can leave your skin softer, more hydrated and your body more resistant. But the dim and quiet world of the cabin is not only uplifting for the body, but also for the soul. So you can feel renewed inside and outside by the end of your steam bath!

The steam cabin is particularly recommended for the treatment of incipient respiratory diseases (asthmatic, catarrhal diseases), but also for their prevention: it reduces the risk of respiratory diseases due to its respiratory-system-strengthening effect.
